My item was mailed to the wrong address
While this does not happen often, it is very important to check your current address saved on your account. We are happy to adjust the address before shipping but cannot be responsible for the shipping fees to resend package once returned back for insufficient address, wrong address, unable to deliver, forwarding expired, etc. We will reach out to the buyer if a package is returned to review options to resend.
Is it possible to rush the order?
We have a “rush order” which subtracts 5 days from the estimated shipping date available. Please include the listing below within the same order. Once the order is received you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping date adjustment. The rush order fee is per item and cannot be used for an entire cart. This ornament is even more charming in person--excellent craftsmanship, clear, sharp lines, and an adorable design; I absolutely love it! The seller's communication is excellent, the item shipped promptly, and it arrived packed securely. HomeSweetSignsNH went above and beyond, offering to add a date to the back for me to avoid any potential bleed into the wood from a marker. It arrived wonderfully etched on the front with the year and a super-cute paw print on the back. Highly recommend. This made a perfect addition to our decorations to celebrate the perfect furry addition to our home; thank you so much!
